Live from the house

Everyone who has died so far

Every run in the browser or the Windows build reports how long it lasted. No names, no accounts — just the crowd, and how far it got.

Where runs end

Finished runs by the minute they ended on. Green is the door out.

Last 14 days

Cats who played each day.

Where they play

    The game

Your weapons fire themselves. You move, jump, and choose.

The house is full of things that want you out. The jump is your dodge — you are untouchable in the air. Every level, three cards; every seven minutes, an Arcana you cannot reroll. Elites arrive on the clock whether you are ready or not.

Litter Bomb, Catnado, Laser Pointer and Flaming Furball firing at once

    Twelve weapons, twelve evolutions

Max a weapon, hold the right passive, open a chest. The Furball becomes the Furball of Doom; the Litter Bomb goes Outside The Box. Each one changes how a run is played, not just how hard it hits.

The choose screen: three cards, one pick

    Three cards a level

One reroll a run if you have earned it. Your build is whatever the house dealt you and what you did with it.

The Frozen pickup: the whole crowd stops, cracks, and shatters

    Panic buttons in boxes

Break a box, get a coin, a heart, or the room stopping dead. The freeze shatters everything that was chasing you.

A treasure chest opening into a five-item reel

    Chests that pay out

Every elite drops one. Open it for a reel of upgrades — and, if the pieces are in place, the evolution you were building toward.

    The unlocks and characters screens

    Earned, not bought

Five cats, half the weapons, and most of the Arcana are locked behind things you do — beat Holly, survive 15:00, evolve the Furball, kill the Wererat three times.

    • 12Weapons that fire on their own.
    • 12Passives to stack under them.
    • 12Evolutions — max a weapon, hold the right passive, open a chest.
    • 21Arcana at the start and at minutes 7 and 14. No reroll.
    • 5Cats to unlock and play, each with its own trade-off.
    • 8Elites on the clock — two Roombas, Holly, the Wererat, the Werewolf, the Fiendish Flower, the Spider Queen, and what waits at 20:00.

Chests, gold, a shop between runs, and a bestiary that fills in as you meet things. It saves in your browser, so a phone and a laptop each keep their own house.

Plays with a keyboard, a controller, or a thumb. Sideways or upright.

    Where it's going

In active development. New builds land first on itch.

    Now

    The living room

One room, twenty minutes, eight elites, a full unlock path. Browser, phone, and Windows builds ship the same game.

    Next

    Co-op

Two cats, one house, over the internet. The lockstep netcode is in and being tested — every cat's card opens on the same tick.

    Then

    More rooms, and Steam

Every room of the house is a stage with its own crowd and its own elites. The Steam release comes when there is a house to release.

Died to something that felt unfair? Found a build that broke the game? Leave a comment on itch — every run report gets read, and a lot of the balance came from exactly that.
